Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid invoice on any plan (Starter, Pro, Team, or Agency). No questions asked.

2. Trial credits

The one-time Trial pack (35 credits) is non-refundable once any credit has been spent. Unused trial packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

3. Monthly subscriptions after day 14

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You may cancel at any time and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the initial payment or any renewal. After that, refunds are prorated for unused full months minus the equivalent monthly-plan cost for the months used.

5. Add-on credit packs

One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days only if no credit has been spent.

6. Exceptions

• Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
• Taxes (VAT, sales tax) are refunded along with the underlying purchase.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include your invoice number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. EU/UK statutory rights

Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer-protection law. This policy does not limit those statutory rights.
