Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

• Illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property or trade secrets.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we report violations to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or content that facilitates stalking.
• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence against protected groups.
• Disinformation campaigns, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or political deepfakes without clear labeling.
• Promotion of self-harm, dangerous challenges, or terrorism.
• Adult sexual content where prohibited by the destination platform.

2. Prohibited activities

• Spam, mass-unsolicited DMs, follow/unfollow automation, or engagement-pod schemes.
• Scraping or reverse-engineering T & A Vong, or attempting to extract model weights.
• Circumventing rate limits, billing, or access controls.
• Reselling T & A Vong access without an Agency or partner agreement.
• Using T & A Vong to send malware, phishing links, or fraudulent offers.
• Probing, scanning, or stress-testing systems without prior written consent.

3. AI-specific rules

• Do not use AI features to impersonate real people without consent.
• Disclose AI-generated content where required by law or platform policy (EU AI Act, FTC).
• Do not generate medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional counsel.

4. Compliance with third-party platforms

You must follow the terms of the social networks you publish to (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). T & A Vong is not liable for actions those platforms take against your account.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination without refund. Severe or repeat violations are reported to authorities where required.

6. Reporting abuse

Report violations to [email protected]. We review every report within 48 hours.
