How we render 1M posts a day

Every post T & A Vong publishes is rendered as a pixel-accurate preview first. At a million posts a day, that pipeline has to be fast, cheap, and reliable. Here's how it works.

The pipeline

Edge workers handle layout and font fallback. A pool of headless renderers handle final rasterization. A global CDN caches results keyed by a content hash. Median render time: 240ms. P99: under one second.
